There are a number of blatant programming issues I've found with your site, including the ability for a user to rate and flag his own articles. Also, "flagging" is undefined. Is that reporting an article as bad or is it reporting an article to submit as a CNN story?
I suggest limiting article rating to display an actual rating until after a certain minimum quantity of users has rated it (5 or more users at this point).
I also suggest a limit of 1-5 posts per day of news articles. It's quite obvious you're getting blatantly spammed by certain users.
Also, if you open 50 browser windows in rapid succession to ireport.com or any particular story, an error window pops up with an XML issue.
Ignore the comment about the XML issue. I simply coincidentally encountered this error that is unrelated to your website : http://www.elharo.com/blog/software-development/web-development/2006/02/03/firefox-catches-a-cold/
I personally don't see that the ratings mean anything anyway-Its really subjective from person to person. Maybe not necessary to even have it at all.

Hi SCENARIOSIS, what kind of file are you trying to upload?
smokey - I'm sorry you're having trouble. Our encoders were having trouble yesterday with CMYK images. You might try re-saving as RGB and see if that makes a difference.
