Good news! We just heard from our developers and they'll be rolling out bug fixes for many of the technical problems we've been experiencing for the past week. The site will be down for about a half-hour tomorrow, while they do the maintenance. This maintenance will:
- Prevent the problem of users being prompted to login to view a story
- Eliminate smiley face graphics and fix problem with comments getting blocked
- Fix the url links in email notifications
- Fix the map and make it run faster
- You should also find that comments will load a lot faster.
This site upgrade clears the way for us to do some really cool things here at iReport.com and we want to thank our developers for all their hard work.
We also want to thank you for your patience, because we know how frustrating the bugs can be.

Thanks David..it has been very slow going today on here. I can be in a post commenting and have to either refresh or leave the post to see my comments..then a new thing happened to me tonight.. a scroll bar left to right showed up in my comments on a post by Bellydancer..right in the middle of my comments so the remainder of my comments are blocked and cannot be seen because of this bar!!! also when in a post there are no comments showing at all..when it clearly states there are lots ...or even just a few! Also while in a post when reading previous pages on that post suddenly the screen jumps out of the post altogether!!! so I am sure I am not the only one having these type of problems. Great they will be fixed..can hardly wait..thanks David.
The rating system also isn't working! Have you noticed that no report has more that 7 ratings? Many times, the stars will light up. However, the number of ratings stays the same. It also, at times, jumps from 5 stars down to 1 star.

Are we there yet? I've missed the last two forums because I screw up the time zone.
.... and each time i post a comment i have to hit the refresh button, this takes ages, stars also do not come up, but the worse things is posting comments which is very very difficult have to type once twice for the first one to appear

An article on my news site this am states a story of "Unclaimed Wealth". I went to the search engine and up popped 11 pages of invitations to claim my millions that I left behind somehow/somewhere. They all asked for my credit card number. Is this another scheme? To take blood from the turnip?

Two month's until summer vacation and still no job in sight , it's been 2 months, it's not for lack of looking but in Derby,ks the job shortage is amazing.
I'm a mother of 2 , a 10 year old and a 3 year old that I haven't seen in 9 month's , and both are expecting to come out to see me, and i just cant let them down. It would be nice if I could find where I can start my own blog and why can't I find where to enter a post of my own. I have done it two times in the past and now I can't seem to find where it is. I have gone into my stuff and there is nothing there to prompt me where to go to start another post! I went to the "down load" and in "description" it continues to load but won't let me do anything more than add some information but I can't write the story I want! what is wrong???
