We’re so inspired that we decided to start our own collaborative art project with CNN. We’re still working out the details, but we wanted to get an early jump on rounding up volunteers.

what does collaborative art projects mean? what has it got to be on, is it a collective of photographs put together?

We're not entirely sure what the project is going to be yet, but we have some really rad ideas!
A collaborative art project is one that takes small contributions from lots of people that - hopefully - amounts to something powerful in the aggregate.

Sounds good to me. It works on so many levels. I have no idea how it will work, but it sounds like fun trying!

They are looking for volunteers so when they do come up with what they want to do, they can send us the details for the project.
We had brainstormed yesterday on this subject, I suggested that we I-Reporters submit a face picture or video of I-Reporters so CNN can merge them all together giving I-Reporters a face... A collage so to speak..
I think this is a great idea and perfect forum for it. Well done guys. Can't wait to be part of it :)
