We haven't put this out yet, but for Valentine's Day we want to do a project inspired by "When Harry Met Sally," which came out 20 years ago.
We want couples to sit on a couch and talk about how they met.
We'll have more details soon, but wanted to give y'all a head start.

David, I was already working on a Valentine's Day project like that.
@rachel8 i'm doing a lot of stuff out here in Seattle, and I kind of randomly became the spokesperson (or what they like to call "the face") of Seattle Pride and I've been working with the tourism department, and I'm going to have some big interviews with in the next few months! I'm excited!
Neat, although my husband and I never agree on the verison of the story.

@johnkhutchis -- Hi and welcome. There's no limit on how many stories a person can upload, but we encourage people to focus on quality rather than quality.
If a story doesn't make it onto the site and says that the upload failed it is usually due to a technical glitch of some sort -- it could be that there was a problem with the video, audio or image file.
The problem also could be on our end.
If you have something fail, go ahead and try uploading it again.

ok back on message... I thought I did a cool iReport about the signs that get put up to show where your taxes are being spent. CNN did a whole piece on it. However it appears to be a normal practice.

@DaElmer -- The stars are assigned by our servers based on a mathematical formula. The site tallies members' contributions, popularity and site activity, and gives the "superstar" badge to the top scorers every week.
If you have suggestions for ways we can improve this, or other ways to recognize people's contributions, I'd love to hear it.

Since we are talking weather, it is a balmy 6 degrees here. Same for the weekend.. Single digits.. Perfect ski jumping weather.
The weather back in Arizona where I grew up has been a little wacky. It was in the 70s when I was there but they are snowing in the mountains. More weather, you know. Here in Atlanta it's a little chilly but not too bad.

Hi, I'm new, so not sure that I'm posting this in the appropriate place. However, I just wanted to let CNN know that I'm pretty bummed that Susan Lisovicz is leaving. As a 33 yr old professional woman, I really admire Susan for her hard work, sense of humor, ability to think on her feet, and the ability to remain true to herself. She is a great, accessible reporter, and is interesting and fun to watch. I watch her regularly, every morning, and I hope she knows how much she will be missed.
Terrible weather has hit Oklahoma. But, I am horrified about the catastophic conditions in South Dakota on the Pine Ridge reservation. The human misery occuring there right now is unthinkable. CNN is the only network which has traveled to that reservaation to cover the problems there, wish they could go back NOW and see what the emergency/disaster occuring in silence right now. Hello, I'm 5 years old and my name is Sarah Sue.
I'm a small business owner and President of Stardom Young Records (Start Em Young) with my little sister Natalie (18 months) and even littler cousin Gracelyn (5.5 months). I'm pretty sharp, but I cannot type or spell very well yet, so "my people" are helping me with this.
Way back in 2001, before I was even born, My pop-pop Eddie Crowe, (the blues singer) wrote a song called "Fishin’ on the Chesapeake Bay".
He called WQSR's Mr. Steve Rouse (the VERY famous Baltimore radio personality) and asked to sing his song for Mr Rouse's opinion. Pop sang the song to him over the telephone and Mr Rouse liked the song so much, that he had my pop sing it again to play on the morning show! The second time, MAYNARD (Mr Rouses' sidekick on the morning show and currently the co-host of Baltimore's Ed Norris Show) played his guitar along with Pop, still singing over the phone. It was around 9am when the song aired live on the show while hundreds of thousands of Mr. Rouses' listeners were tuned in.. The next morning at the peak of rush hour, they aired the song again.WQSR’S Rouse and Company was the #1 morning radio show in Baltimore. Mr. Rouse made the song part of his show and aired it every morning at rush hour that week. The original radio version of "Fishin' on the Chesapeake Bay" was sent to my Pop and is on this cd.
In addition to "Fishin' on the Chesapeake Bay", my pop wrote a few other songs. 3 of his songs were commercially recorded in Los Angeles in 2004......I was just a sparkle in my Momma's eye back then. The musicians he worked with on the cd are well known, professional musicians who play and tour with super stars! (read all about those guys on the link below)
