If you didn't realize it from thumbing through CNN iReport this weekend, World Tai Chi and Qigong Day was taking place all around the world. We've received an overwhelming number of iReports showing us folks participating in events in many, many countries. One iReporter even shared a tantalizing image of cupcakes made especially for the event. Tai Chi is an exercise technique involving gentle, flowing motions.
