Hi, Having lived in Various Muslim countries, I am following 5 to 7 countries, then I check other Arab Spring protest happening, and I would appreciate that we could have a sort injured report of the whole picture rather than tid-bits here and there.

Like how many cities having Spring protest going on, and you would have the cities where there was only minor injuries and the cities with injuries and death.

While we're getting started, I want to answer some questions I got yesterday about someone who was posting iReport links on Friendfeed.

It looks like the person has links from a lot of news sites coming to his page, either for his own use, or to make his sites show up better in Google searches.

It looks like he's just using the RSS feeds we publish to let iReports go to news readers to get the content. There are a lot of people who do that on the internet, and it's harmless.

Some people were concerned also about the maps that showed where the iReports are filed. These are just showing the town you said the iReport was located from if you file from your computer.

Davidw Good to know I will keep this and hopefully my son can help me get it right

I'm glad because I post quite a few of my reports to pages I own on Facebook. It gives the people on those pages a link to share with their friends too, while also giving CNN the hits. I have 2 groups right now with a total of 17,000 people since Sunday. One is a RIP Page & the other is a Prayer Page for the officers in Fond du Lac, WI..

CONTINUE FROM FIRST POST

Already we could see that there are many protest that go unnoticed, and also certain cities are more pronned to get to ugly situations

you would be able to see the injured due to fighting and others due to abuse, and in the end you would have each city being talied to give us the following information, How many people were injured through normal fighting and how many were injured through abuse.

Hi iReport

March 24, 2011

Producers, just wanted to let you know I will be doing a video on April 4th with Bobbie Samme, she is the mother who lost her son in Iraq.. I made that video that has over 85,000 views and is still #1 on view in "Salute to Troops". She asked if I would do a video for the 5 yr anniversary. Will know more soon..

March 24, 2011

@thomasMex -- you make excellent points. I CNN is working hard to put all of these protests into perspective and tell a story that's about more than just the individual incidents.

Living in Mexico for the last year and right here there is a site that could be good for me to explore for the project of archaeology. It is Punta Cometa and they say 5000 years ago people lived there.

I may make a small story.

Hi Marie,

No need to fear. You're among friends.

The fun thing about most of the experiments we try is that if you screw up royally, you don't have to upload it.

Or you can upload and let folks know where you went wrong wrong.

I screw up all the time, but it's fun to try.

Hi,

I have been participating in CNN IReport in English but I would also like to do it in Spanish, my native language. However, I have noticed there are not many stories vetted for CNN in Español. Is there any reasin why?

Hi Creveca,

We're excited that you're doing iReports in both English and Spanish.

The CNN Spanish and CNN Mexico folks are still building up their iReport teams. They're a small but mighty team.

Unfortunately, we can't always help them vet as much as we might like because we don't speak Spanish.

I've enjoyed the questions asked to celebrities.  Could the same thing be done with influential people from different walks of like other than just entertainment - like scientists, astronauts, politicians, activists etc.  For example, I would love to ask Christopher Hitchens, Desmond Tutu, Richard Dawkins....... questions.
