    Toronto rain

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     robertcroft told me it felt like the 'end of the world' as Toronto was hit with massive flooding. 'Power out in most the city. Lots of sirens and road closures. Subway system at a gridlock. Evacuations on commuter trains. For one hour, the city was paralyzed,' but the rain has cleared up since. According to CNN's weather unit, Toronto International Airport received 106 mm of rainfall in only six hours Monday - that is more than 150 percent of their average for the entire month of July.
