Questions for VP Debate: RE: The Overturning of Roe v. Wade
In the small town of St. Anthony (pop. 3,342 -wikipedia - 2000 census), Idaho a 9 year old girl was raped and impregnated by 37 year old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez. This year at the tender age of 10 she gave birth by c-section. A similar case is also documented in Cincinnati. In such extreme cases of abuse what punishment do you suggest these 10 year olds girls or their guardians be subject to should they have sought some form of abortion relief?
