    Eid and Shopping in Pakistan

As the month of Ramadan is nearing its end, shopping centers in Pakistan are getting crowded day by day. Eid Ul Fitr is considered as a rewarding day for Muslims around the world. People wear new clothes and express brotherhood towards their fellow Muslims on the day of Eid Ul  Fitr.

Muslims start preparing for Eid Ul Fitr as Ramadan starts.  Markets get crowded and there is a lot of business. Sometimes, Shopkeepers take benefit of the festival of eid and sell their products at high prices. Kurta Shalwar(The traditional attire of Eid)  becomes the highest selling product in the month of Ramadan since it is worn by every Muslim on the day of Eid.

During Ramadan, people go to shopping late at night and that’s why shopping centers remain open till late mid night. The best thing about shopping in the month of Ramadan is the smile we see on every Pakistani's face.

Pakistan is currently suffering from huge a wave of terrorism and the people of Pakistan are not usually happy because every other day they hear about killings and murders.  People of Pakistan are peace loving and they want peace in this world as much as any other country's citizens would want. In such a country, a festival like Eid Ul Fitr puts smiles on the faces of public and gives them three days to rejoice with their families and friends.
