Physical exercise is must for our body & mind
Day by day we are loosing our habit of bodily work . Wisdom excelled in scientific development , which provides us amenities of comfortable life . But our system needs activity for a wholesome body .
Let’s start from our kids . These days children are neither interested nor getting more chance for outdoor games . Because of concrete jungles there are not enough grounds available as it used to be . Youngsters prefer to sit in front of TV or computer . Many kids are addicted to computer games . They are loosing balance between anatomic and intellectual growth . Obesity becoming serious health issue . Lack of work out , a risk for their immune system .
Grown-ups have more tension in a complicated environment where they live . They are also suffering from many diseases like joint pain , diabetes etc , which need physical exercise with proper medication .
These days gyms available in many small towns also . One can hit a gym or do simple workouts or sports at home . Walking is the least action without access to other conveniences .
Is there any reason not to start today ? Break into any of these mechanisms if convinced .
