Repetitive Thoughts Change our Lives

Humans have Conscious Mind and Sub-conscious mind. Conscious mind is like the one that you are using to read this article now, you are consciously aware as you are reading this and you hear an Ambulance outside on the street, you peep through you window and notice that there is an accident, immediately you leave everything and run, you are staying on the 2nd floor, you press the lift and if the lift is not coming, you will take the stairs consciously and when you run down the stairs it is your sub conscious mind that takes care of your breathing, you reach down and find that everything is fine, nobody is hurt and you breathing becomes normal, you come back to room and continue reading the book you left back earlier, while reading you feel sleepy as you had your lunch just 15 minutes back. You have an appointment at 3pm and the time right now is 1.30pm. So you fell like having a short nap and when you sleep, it is your Subconscious mind that takes over, controls your breath and proper functioning of all your organs. When you sleep your conscious mind is at rest, then suddenly by around 2.30pm you will wake up as someone has called and woke you up. But you see no one around you; this is the work of your Subconscious mind. Even when you are asleep, the whole body functioning is taken over by Subconscious mind. During an operation or transplantation of an organ the best surgeon in the world does the surgery, then post surgery who takes care of the proper functioning in that operated area of the body? it is your subconscious mind.
Conscious mind understand things based on the five senses, which was mentioned in earlier chapters of my book - How About U?. While going through those chapters we can clearly understand the limitations of our five senses so with those limitations what we experience is just a fraction of the whole real spectrum. And our lives shapes based on what we understand and perceive through our senses. It is our conscious mind that tells us what is right, what is wrong, what is good and most of the right and wrong is been taught to us by our family member and society even much before we actually started understanding what it actually means. All our experience and exposure is based on our five senses, therefore experience and exposure varies from person to person, even to understand a new subject, we use our past memory to connect new things and understand it. I always wonder when something that is different for everyone and not constant to every individual, how can that remain or become the TRUTH? Truth remains constant, it cannot change based on individuals. Same way what we have understood throughout our live using our senses is not 100% truth because what we experienced is only partial and there is nothing called partial truth. First of all our senses are not the best ones, if it is not the best ones, that means we are not fully exposed to everything that is available, and if are not exposed to everything means we do not have complete experience of what the reality is. And with little experience we cannot form opinions of what is right or what is wrong.
Our Subconscious mind which is connected to the source energy is the one that controls the entire body’s smooth functioning. Our subconscious mind is connected to the universal power, it is Pure, and it does not know what is right and what is wrong. It does not know what is good and what is bad. It does not know whether you are capable or incapable of doing something. It works based on information passed by conscious mind or the thoughts fed to the subconscious mind. In a minute, almost 2,000 thoughts come to our mind, the quality and intensity of those thoughts shapes our lives. If the thoughts that keep coming to our mind are positive then the outcome of our life will also be positive and if we keep getting more negative thoughts, we will encounter negative life. It is quite natural that positive and negative thoughts keep coming to our mind. What we should do, is engage in activities that takes our mind into positive frame of mind. You do not have to do physical activity; instead you can sit in a place silently meditating or just become aware of your breath. By doing meditation you are reducing your resistance and not permitting the negative thoughts to conquer our mind or rather letting those negative thoughts go. The other way out is, sit with closed eyes and remember the good times that you had. With that thought you find a series of events that occur which takes your mind to positive zone. So it is always up to you to switch you mind and bring it into the positive zone.
The next important aspect while dreaming positive thought is its intensity. We can increase the intensity, by being in that frame of mind for long. If we stay longer with negative thoughts the intensity and result would be negative and if it is a positive thought then the outcome would be positive. We should keep making positive affirmations about well-being, prosperity, Joy and happiness. Be there with positive thoughts for longer time and keep adding your Dreams to it. See a clear picture of Dream getting conceptualized or Dream getting fulfilled, once you see the Dream getting fulfilled, what will be your state of mind, how will your face look like, you will be very happy. You need to reach in that happiness state of mind, to attract what you want in life. What does positive affirmations and repetitions do, Let us take an example, imagine there is a drop of water that is falling from above on the same spot of rock, this drop is falling only once every minute, what do you think will happen, over a period of time can we see the shape of rock is changed at the place where this drop is falling. If it can happen to a solid rock, then imagine how and up to what extent these positive affirmations can do to our Subconscious mind and its impact on our lives. Once these affirmations are taken by subconscious mind then, it will connect us to the source energy and help us to get our Dreams fulfilled.
