As a manager and supervisor in corporate America, if I fired a black employee, I was faced with the possibility of lawsuits for prejudices if I didn't reverse my decision. As I based dismissals on work performance, I said "bring it on!"
So, indeed, there are reasons we "white" folk have problems, not entirely our fault!
