100 Ways to Travel Better: Your tips
Chin up and smile : )
My life is a journey, my job is to travel and my hobby is travel, too. Lately I just had a new smartphone and it was with me on my last trip. I think it's a bit different from the trip I had no smartphone. It's good to have a smartphone when you travel but it's better to not play too much with your smartphone.
The best part to travel better is not to afraid to talk with local people, they are the best map to ask for direction even you have GPS. People are the best search engine to tell you the history, custom, tradition. People are also the best model for capturing good memory.
One of my best trip happened last February. I was with 5 people with different relationship. Most of them were new for each other, I was the connection. We were in Payao province, northern Thailand for only 3 days. The trip was mixed with all kinds of travel, culture, city, natural and shopping.
We went to Phu Lang Ka for hiking, Muang Payao for city sightseeing and culture touching and Mae Sai Market for shopping.
There were some barriers; we got lost, most restaurant closed, we didn't know the name of the event, we were tried, we didn't have much money and bla bla bla. But the trip was wonderful, local people were lovely, the scenery was great, the culture was beautiful and the shopping was fun.
Chin up and smile make travel better and easier : )
