Well, Palin certainly did much better than expected. She made no blatant errors; however, her entire performance was strangely disheartening/depressing. I'm an Obama supporter, true, but it's more than that. She purported herself well...I think. It was strangely perplexing. I don't know whether she was actually answering the questions asked of her or simply answering the questions she had prepared for. She seemed to be gleeful the entire time reminiscent of a kid who is thinking "geez, this is almost too easy" after stealing the answers prior to a test. I just don't know what to think. Is this just a competition to see who can give good answers? Is depth required? Is it okay to be soulless?? Biden's emotional response to his role as a single parent after his wife's death was heartfelt and sincere. He seemed as perplexed as I by this whole charade. We as Americans need to seek out the truth and vote accordingly. We can't afford to simply let a bipartisan competition cloud our judgment and our desire to set our country back on the right course. There's too much at stake and this isn't just a game.
