Pro-Tibet Groups Take Control of the Embarcadero, San Francisco
About 30 minutes before the Torch Relay was supposed to start, the Tibetans took over the street that the relay was supposed to use. The Police did let them pass. As the Pro-Tibet Protestors got close to AT&T Park, they were blocked by the police. The police tried to disperse the groups, but the Pro-Tibet groups sat down in the road. I moved over to the other side of the line to catch a glimpse of something very interesting. A person in an Olympic Torch Relay Uniform came out to to survey what was going on. He looked a little freaked out. He walked away (Picture #7.)
