Bitter Truth of Betrayal
This is nothing new though when you look at the Gospels in the Holy Bible Jesus was betrayed with a kiss by one of his very own followers for thirty pieces of silver. Even further back in the Holy Bible, the book of Genesis; we find that the first two brothers ever born; Cain was murdered by Able over jealousy. Were these Biblical scriptures lessons for people to understand the consequences of should any individual become chosen over another for any reason?
Ironically people in the past preaching or teaching peace and brotherly love openly and publically were followed by violence. I remember hearing people talking about the violence that erupted around Dr. King during his visits to various places. Many people claimed it was Dr. King’s doing. I believe that was exactly what somebody wanted the public to think in order to discredit Dr. King Jr..
I do not believe for one minute that the Kennedy’s were cursed, but that somebody or various people, very rich, powerful and with many contacts have kept the Kennedy family in fear by murdering them in order to keep them from attempting to take office in the White House again. Ted Kennedy was no threat after the incident involving Mary Jo Kopechne and Ted Kennedy was accused of murdering the woman and getting away with it; he was discredited by much of the North American people after that.
People to this day still try to discredit President Abraham Lincoln’s work by claiming he still kept slaves during and after the war. The way I understood things; if the past slave owners wanted to keep their ex-slaves they had to pay those people as you would pay any worker on your land. If African American people were still on President Lincoln’s land it was because they wanted to stay and most likely was being paid for their work. It is to my understanding that there were instances where the slaves begged to stay because they had nowhere else to go and knew no other way of life; and were treated decently. This is not being said in disrespect, but not all slave owners were brutal, insensitive killers; and no I do not believe in slavery of any kind for anybody.
Incidentally for your information the slave trade has been around for far longer than anybody even wants to think about. Whites sell their white people, African’s sell their black people, and many other countries still sell their own people too; even in this twenty first century. It is all a for profit just like the illegal sales of guns, but do you think those spearheading these atrocities are going to stop? Those in charge sit in very high places and cannot be touched by their inhumanity. They are the true puppet masters pulling the strings of their puppets. That’s right and a bitter truth of betrayal is being sold out by people of your own country and in some cases your own family or people you thought of as friends.
Dr. King Jr. spoke for all people, not just one race where as today all I hear is about this race or that race. I and so many more like me are so far from the elite that we are getting run over by all of the hate being spouted by the various parties’ speakers and leaders it isn’t funny. Perhaps it is mainly the way things are written and presented in the media, but it comes across as not being for all people. Those that believe share the same God so why the separation of people? Those that have fought and are fighting in the same wars are fighting together for the same goals so why the separation of peoples?
I am a white woman with a great love for peace and equality, but I do believe equality means just that; to be treated equally and to do the equal amount of work for the equal amount of money, to be able to sit equally with anybody else anywhere anytime. True equality means to be equal in every way. That should have nothing to do with gender or the color of a person’s skin.
I do believe that if a person is not qualified for specific jobs they should not be placed in them; again it should have nothing to do with gender or skin tones, but everything to do with ability. You would not want somebody in cosmetology doing your automotive work or an auto mechanic giving you a manicure and pedicure would you? I certainly wouldn’t. Heaven forbid a machinist doing a hair style for a prom dance. It is common sense that needs to be enhanced in the USA today and not hate. We should be beyond hate in this day and age when so many of us already work together anyway. These were the things I truly believe Dr. King Jr. was telling America. Yet when I read what comes out in print it sounds like somebody is preaching hate and separatism. Is Dr. King Jr. being betrayed yet again or did I misunderstand Dr. King Jr. entirely?
Too many things are omitted in the media making one thing sound like another. People making speeches have similar problems when in front of hundreds or more people too. In order to get the proper message across people need to be more specific and stop assuming that what is said would be understood without being specific.
In this article I will have available to you at the end of this it is mentioned what had happened with regards to Travon, but not one word spoken out about the senseless killings just this past month of two innocent white people. How does this look? How do you want it to look Al Sharpton? Do you think that by continually blaming innocent people that never had anything to do with what happened in our shared past is the way to go? Do you really hate all whites so bad that you would use the Dr. King Jr. gathering to promote hate instead of the peace Dr. King Jr. actually stood for? Again I ask you, is Dr. King being betrayed again? Did not God create all human beings? Can you not look upon another human being and just see a human being like God does?
