The don't diet.... diet!
You don't do anything but eat what you want. But the key is not being lazy and everything you cook.... You must make yourself, at home, in your kitchen!
No more eating out, no fastfood, no restaurants, no nothing!
Just what you, or your spouse cooks for you!
This is the result of the diet that isn't a diet at all!
The don't diet, diet is just that, you don't diet at all, you eat what you want when you want and that is it!
All you have to do is stop! That's all I did.
I stopped and amazing things happened (as you can see!!!) This includes adopting an organic and natural diet and lifestyle because I had to stop all the artificial additives that we literally killing me as they are killing you right now!
To sum it up.... the organic and natural diet and lifestyle is mostly about not eating anymore crap loaded with additives! It's the best thing you can do for yourself and for your family!
