This iReport is part of an assignment:
Are chemical weapons a ‘red line’?

    US vs Syria

The chemical weapons attack against Syrian civilians is terrible but a unilateral response by the US is unacceptable. Didn't we use chemical warfare against the Native Indians by giving them infected blankets?

We can help so many in the world with humanitarian aid, water, roads, and medicine. Instead we use our resources to intimidate and create resentment with our own terrible weapons.

Creating a world of peace is an ongoing process and continual weapons development and use is a road that will never get us to our goal.
