I am a 41yr. old mother of 8, who has always been overweight. My mother tried to put me on diets at a young age, and nothing seemed to stop my craving for food. I was a overweight child, an obese teen, and a morbidly obese adult. I lost the first 70lbs. lifting cans of baked beans, and dancing at home. I was to embarrassed to go to the gym, and workout in front of other people. I was under the impression that people who go to the gym were already physically fit. I finally joined the gym, and to my suprise, people at the gym were all different sizes. I lost a total of 100lbs. with out any surgery or weight loss drugs. I can honestly say that I am proud of myself, and I know this is going to be a lifestyle change, but I'm ready to lose my last 50lbs., and enjoy my new healthy lifestyle journey.
