CNN PRODUCER NOTE Photographer AndrewWNunn says people in Austin, Texas, gathered together on August 31 to protest US intervention in Syria. While observing the demonstration he says concerned citizens were vocalizing their thoughts of the recent incidents in Syria and urging the President not to get involved. 'I personally am against US military involvement in Syria, as it would only complicate our relations with the Middle East, and the rest of the world. I'm a veteran of the Iraq War, and I am genuinely disinterested in watching more American young men and women go off to die,' he said.
