This iReport is part of an assignment:
Are chemical weapons a ‘red line’?
Just keep the western trend
Too much philosophy in these situations is counterproductive. The historical behavior of the Assads family in the 80's years is clear: the killing. Homs & Hamma were encircled and savagely bombarded by Hafez al-Assad, the gentle father of Bashar.
Unhappily, the dirty job must be initiated by the powerful and democratic nations. The Russians won't give a shit on the mass killing of the Syrian gov't policy: they used to kill tens of millions of their own people, for many decades so, can anyone expect Russians to sustain a UN intervention? Neither the Chinese might be more soulful.
So, dear Mr. Obama, I'm on your side. Not that that I like war but things are that unpleasant way now. Good luck, America!
