Chinese premier hopes Thai PM to facilitate China-ASEAN ties
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Monday called on Thailand to continue play a positive role in boosting China-ASEAN ties. He met with Yingluck in Nanning, the capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The bilateral strategic cooperative has entered a period of fast development, said the Chinese Premier, noting that China attaches great importance to developing friendly and cooperative relations with Thailand.
Both leaders agreed to enhance high-level exchanges and strengthen cooperation in projects involving transportation, infrastructure, energy and resources.
Premier Li expressed the hope that Thailand, as the focal point for China-ASEAN relations for 2012-2015, will push for greater development of China-ASEAN partnership.
