Utah State Fair
The Prototype 3B 400 SC S1 R1 is a non working concept illustration model designed to illustrate the "concept and theory" of the reciprocating spring cell engine. However primitive it is in it's design and construction, it effectively illustrates the similarities between the Internal Combustion Reciprocating Piston Engine and the Reciprocating Spring Cell Engine. Those familiar with gasoline and diesel engines will easily recognize the validity of the concept.
If a new product or device is publicly displayed or sold prior to application for patent protection, the product, device, and or concept becomes "Public Domain" meaning that it is fair and legal for any and all parties with the resources and desire to engage in the product development and pursue the market. they must still do research to ensure that no individual components, assemblies or sub-assemblies infringe an existing patent claim.
I intend to sell the display model after the fair ends September 15th.
Prominent Display at a public event and subsequent sale will make the concept and the engine "public domain".
Camshaft and throttle dynamics are the key to producing a working model. I will continue my own efforts to producing a working model. The present state of the engine design is close to working prototype.
With 3D Printing Technology advancing, the design and research could benefit dramatically bringing mankind to the Dawn of the Energy Independent Era.
