Racism in UAE
It is also obvious that in some companies, Arab/Iranian companies prefer their own people to be employed, receiving higher salaries, and better positions than non-Arab workers. Even when Arab workers doesn't have college degrees or not qualified to handle sensitive position in a company. As I observe them working, they only know talking and public relations without strategies in mind or incompetent workers, I should say.
Indians/Pakistani managers apply the same thing in Middle East. What a person can do to avoid such thing to occur is to look for another job. If you try complaining about your job on certain policies, they can easily fire you or take drastic actions to damage your 201 file.
Arab employers don't do this thing to white people as it reflects from which country they came. So, if you come from poor countries, definitely lower salary can be expected even if you have a competent experience and has college degree .
This is racism in Middle East.
