Rape(s) in India
Rape is a crime and hence, persons responsible deserve the punishments.
People of India want strict punishment for such criminals. Leaders are still moving very slowly on this.
Is it a rearrest of the rare? May not.
In-general, rape in India is not rare (since it is happening every day in India).
So, it is important to think logically and drive the govt. officials by being active-citizens.
Important fact is those criminals responsible for rape deserve a punishment such as death, even if its not rare.
Accountability is still a new concept in Indian government. Justice-system is part of the govt. and hence, lot of improvement is required in the justice system. Generally, Criminals are at an advantage since, justice system like other govt., takes a long time to deliver.
india has enough manpower to have tens of thousands of fast court(s), a couple of them, in every district. These fast-court(s) should have a time-limit such as 4 months and case should be moved automatically to high-court/CBI/people-court (pre-defined path).
Justice delayed is justice denied.
Lack of accountability is reason for the delay.
There is no other reason not to start tens of thousands of fast-track-courts immediately to handle all serious crimes including rape(s) in India.
Starting those courts in a big way also helps the unemployed youth and also helps the economy.
It does not help the politicians and criminals
hence, not happening.
Not every rape is given equal importance today,
since, media does not have time to cover rape every day.
Media has done a great job in case of the victim Nirbhaya and hence, Govt., (including Justice system) does not have a big choice.
what about others ?
