CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Following President Obama's Tuesday speech Centellita concluded, 'I think that Russia is gaining more power with allies and that this is the beginning of the second cold war. The U.S., especially the President and Congress should be careful with the strategy of Putin. I hope that they analyse the strategy for diplomacy and hope this is not a trick. Giving a chance for diplomacy may be a good strategy but this don't stop the killing in Syria.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

I hope that putting a pause on a military action is good, but we have to keep a wash on Russia and Syria. I don't think that Vladimir Putin care about the killing in Syria of civilians. Putin knows that his allies are getting stronger and more united. A stronger Russia and his allies? I dont think so. A stronger United State and his allies I hope so.
