    Removing Mouth Ulcer


    There are many causes of mouth ulcers such as nutritional deficiencies, poor dental hygiene, stress, food allergy, hormonal imbalance and skin disease. Mouth ulcers are well known for causing pain and discomfort, especially when you eat or drink. There are many ways to remove and treat mouth ulcers. Here are some simple tips on how to remove mouth ulcer and get going with your healthy dinner ideas.


    How to remove mouth ulcers


    -You can use an ice cube for this purpose. But, it is very painful way to remove an ulcer. Put an ice cube on it until it sticks then pull off the ice cube gently. . It will remove the ulcer. But, be careful!


    -Make a mixture by mixing a spoon of salt with a cup of warm water. Use this mixture as a mouth wash. Use this remedy 2 to 3 times a day


    -In order to cure your mouth ulcer instantly, make a paste by mixing lemon peel with white catechu and apply directly over the ulcer.


    -Make a paste by combining catechu with water. Apply this paste on affected area for a quick relief.


    -Make a mixture by mixing a pinch of turmeric with 1 teaspoon of glycerin. Apply is on the affected area.


    -Drink tomato juice on a daily basis.


    -Boil 1 tsp of coriander seeds in 1 cup of water. Remove when slightly warm. Gargle 3 to 4 times a day.



    -Make your diet menu healthy by including vitamin C and protein rich sources. And also, make a proper dental care regimen in order to make your mouth free of any kind of ulcers and other infections.
