Blessed Friday the 13th. The Ilagan City Water District is now on their eight month of Spiritual and Moral Recovery Enhancement Program and this activity is indeed beneficial to all employees. In the Philippines, Moral Recovery Program is well-known because many people truly realize the value and benefits of having people of good morality and spirituality in their offices and organizations because it will surely give them a plus factor to usher them to higher level of professionalism that can produce high-quality performance in their respective job. Engr. Jose Mari Claravall, the General Manager, encouraged the employees to draw closer to God and support this kind of program because of its undeniable life-changing effect especially in the area of morality. Pastor Jose B. Cabajar was the resource speaker on September 13, 2013. In his message, he emphasized the importance of man’s personal relationship and deep fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ especially during critical times. The message was evangelistic and those who professed their faith in the Lord were excited to know more about the Word of God. The activities during the simple and yet memorable gathering were hearing the Word of God, singing praises to the Lord, words of encouragement and great fellowship. It’s truly a great blessing on Friday the 13th here in Ilagan City, Isabela, Philippines.
