Cambodia criticizes Thailand's The Nation
The Nation, a Bangkok-based English national newspaper, is facing increasing pressure these days. With the freedom of the press, comes great responsibility in journalism which by and large derive from the truth, accurate reporting and free from political influence.
It comes to no surprise that Mr. Koy Kuong, a leading spokesman to the Government of Cambodia has lodged severe complaints to the Group Editor-in-Chief, Thepchai Yong, for what he calls as a "thrash paper, not worthy of any value to the readers."
