20000 people protested last night in Bucharest, Romania.

Around 20000 people protested last night in Bucharest against using cyanide to extract gold in Rosia Montana, a little village in the heart of Transylvania. The banners said: "United We Save Rosia Montana", "National treason is measured in Gold!", "Do not sink your children in cyanide!"
More protests took place in all major cities of Romania and in several other capital cities such as Paris, London, Berlin, New York.
