Man Arrested for Throwing Firecrackers at White House
'I was focused on the White House when all of a sudden I heard a loud pop, very close to me. A uniformed secret service officer came out from behind the gate yelling "who did that" as a guy standing within 10 feet of me tossed another firecracker over the fence. Another officer came from the left and tackled the man. It was loud -- certainly a little unsettling after what had happened earlier in the day.'
