The Boom Ahead

Several weeks back in the free Andrews Pitchfork newsletter EBR was revealed as a stock that has made its way to Andrews course member portfolios.
Many are concerned about the government of Brazil having an impact upon rates charged. But how is this different from California where there have been regulated rates for many years?
In spite of the regulated rates the electric companies in socialist California have increasing profits.
