Muang Tum is an 11th century Khmer temple in extreme eastern Thailand (Buriram province), about 30 miles from the Cambodian border. The photos show the outer entrance, walking through the entrance, and then the inner sanctuary of the temple. Plenty of lotus ponds within the inner sanctuary. I've also included a photo of the sweet drink vendors just outside of the entrance to Muang Tum as a gradeschool is located across the street!

I enjoy getting off the beaten path, so it was no surprise to me that no tourists were at Muang Tum when I visited. A bit of a shame actually as it's such a beautiful temple from the height of the ancient Khmer empire in Cambodia and eastern Thailand.
