Fighter Jets over Red Bank, NJ
Just as I was on my way home to pick up Chuck from the vet after being neutered urgently due to acute infection which caused some damage to his urethra.....
I spotted fighter jets flying very low over the area I was traveling through...It was a bit scary since I have not seen them since 9/11 or during announced training.....
Fighter jets chased a small plane away from restricted United Nations airspace over Monmouth County Monday afternoon, NBC New York has confirmed with a federal official.
The F-16 jets escorted the small plane to the Monmouth Executive Airport in Wall, where it landed without incident.
The UN General Assembly is meeting this week in Manhattan.
Beginning at about 4:30 p.m. Monday, numerous Jersey Shore Hurricane News contributors began reporting the jet activity over the greater Red Bank area.
"Just had a very low flying military jet fighter flying over our office in Tinton Falls a few minutes ago. The building was practically shaking it was so low," wrote Donald Spencer.
"It was loud as hell in Red Bank. Never heard anything like it," wrote Michael Madigan.
Red Bank Green's John T. Ward shot the video posted below of the fighter jet over Red Bank.
