    Auburn Pagan Pride Day

On Saturday, September 28th, in the Davis Arboretum of Auburn University of Auburn Alabama over 100 people gathered for a Pagan Pride Day sponsored by Church of the Spiral Tree. I was not able to attend, but Rev. Dave of Circle of the Sacred Drum has provided information and photographs to make this report possible. My thanks go out to him.

The attendees gathered with those of like mind for fellowship and learning. New friendships were formed and old friendships rekindled along the way.

The attendees were met with wonderful weather in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. There was an opening and closing ritual that was followed by a drum circle. There were many classes and workshops presented including dowsing, animal sense, and numerology.

Several vendors and organizations were also there to present and sell their wares and introduce their organization. Included in this list was Circle of the Sacred Drum, CSD School of Shamanism, CatNip Dreams, and Arianna Tribal Fusion.

There are plans for an event next year.
