Daniel J Halacy III is a man that is a disgrace to society and if your an officer and you know this man, I suggest you do your job and get rid of him!

He has serious allegation's of sexual misconduct with his children and he is a mentally ill individual that need's psycho therapy in the very correction facility that he works. He fled the State of Utah to get away from this crime, then returned after his children were of age 18 and up.

Two Drunk Driving Charges and he was reported for stealing a person's social security number, Lying Under Oath and the proof is there to support the complaint and he is protected.

He abused his step children and all 4 wives and beware # 5th wife. He will manipulate you too.

I love you sweet heart with all my heart and soul.......YUCK!!!! What a sick person. You will find he is lazy and nasty. He is alway's right and he is an excuse maker.

He is an expert at hiding his obsessive compulsive disorder, his way out is to blame other's for his mistakes. He is a split personality and abuses out of I love you's. Beware of this monster. He can scam the best of the best......and look at him, he is in a Uniform that represent's protection.. (WRONG)
