    Shutdown over: What next?

My 10 year old son's reaction to the Gov't shutdown

I have a child with Asperger's syndrome. His school has a field trip scheduled for October 10. If you know anything about children on the Autism spectrum, you know that once they are told that they will be doing something, they expect it to happen.

Well, I had to tell him, that there may be a very good chance that the field trip to Washington DC may be cancelled, because the men in government are behaving like spoiled children, digging their feet in and not cooperating in the interest of the people who voted them IN to the office which they hold.

Xander has been asking me if he could be president someday, and I know that he most certainly can. Many people with Aspergers are able to achieve many great things.

I have attached the video we made last evening at my son's request.

Let's face it, the government is acting less mature than my 10 year old Aspie.
