    Lyons, CO after the Flood

This is the town of Lyons about 15 days after the flood. Still no gas, water, electric or sewage, it will take many months for the water and sewage to come back online, we miss living in our sweet little town and hope that the town and the people in it receive the aid they need. There are many "for sale" signs in front of damaged homes, and trash litters the streets, the trash is comprised of all of people's personal, soiled belongings, a lifetime of memories and hard work. The sound of generators running fans and pumps is prevalent, as people work to salvage what they can of their homes.
