Inspira Santa Marta Hotel receives prestigious European Hotel Award
Sponsored by Virgin Atlantic, a high-profile gala dinner and awards ceremony will be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on November 3. This event will see over 300 hospitality professionals come together to celebrate the achievements within the industry over the past 12 months. During the ceremony, all victorious entries will find out the details on their level of achievement.
Stuart Shield, President of the International Hotel Awards, said “Every country has a separate rating system for the standard of their hotels, but the International Hotel Awards have provided a global standard to even the mark from country to country. We welcome the European winners in joining this prestigious international club for exceptional hotels and resorts.”
All of the winners in the European region have won at a national level, and will be announced as either a “Highly Commended” or “5-Star” winner at the event in London. The ‘5-Star’ winners will be placed under further examination, and only one of each category will be selected to represent the European region on an international level. The highest-scoring regional European winners will compete against other regional winners from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, UK and the Americas to find the ultimate ‘World’s Best’ in each category.
Developed to identify, highlight, and reward excellence throughout the global hospitality industry, the International Hotel Awards seek the finest operations throughout a wide range of areas. The International Hotel Awards have evolved from the long established “International Property Awards,” which have become regarded as the definite awards’ program, and focus on both, residential and commercial sectors.
