The Black motocycle half way in Fresno California. Very peaceful and everybody had a great time. Well almost every one until the Fresno police showed up and started to give out parking tickets to people who was parked in a no parking zone. I must say there were business there and none on them were open. they were not obstructing traffic. and even the Harley Dealer felt bad and announced that they have never did that before at anytime, letting everyone there know they was being singled out.  Here are the pictures to prove it and a short video. So basicaly the whole area was closed, so why not let the rally proceed? They used about 8 officers to give out parking tickets all day instead of protecting a more dangerous area. And when you need the police to come sit somewhere you cant fine them. and I would like to add again all of the places were closed in the area.
