Confirmed..... (My type II diabetes) Is GONE!

In 2005 I went to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center with problems related to my type II diabetes. They found that I had a 500 blood glucose level, the average regular level is between 80 and 130, after meals inder 170. 500 is way high and I was told that I was lucky that I did not die, or go into some sort of diabetic coma.

I felt horrible, I mean literally, like I was dying and in fact.... I was.

Upon leaving the hospital I had some serious time to think. I haven't worked since 2001 and am unable to work, with the behavioral disorders, OCDs, learning disabilities, Aspergers syndrome and so on.

I had no money, no insurance, no means to pay for doctor office visits, or medications so I did the only thing that was available to me and since the food I was eating made me this way, it was my thinking that food would get me out of it. So we began to look at the things we ate and started paying attention to the everything and as we learned we changed things along the way. We started by changing what we ate, IE: we made our food at home instead of going out to eat and we didn't know it at the time but this was a wake up call for us and we had no clue.... yet!

After a couple of months of cooking and eating the foods we made ourselves in our own kitchen and we still had no clue. We went to Subway and I had the Cajun Steak Sub, it was yummy and I loved it. But it didn't love me! For the first time in my 40+ years of life... I had the worst allergic of my life and I had never had any memorable allergic reactions to anything at all, except once... I had a "Red Hot" brand Hotdog at some gas station on rt 15 near Haymarket, VA.

I remember that I only had that one allergic reaction and never had another and I know that I have been eating all kinds of bad for me foods for my whole life so by all rights, I should have known about this allergy that I have had for my entire life! But I didn't and guess what??? You have the same allergy as I do and it's a big part of the reasons that we all have the same problems and they can all be linked and related to the consumption of toxic chemical based artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

In July of 2010, My diabetes was worse than ever and my doctor felt I should go to the Ohio State University Medical center to begin insuling injections for what would be every day for the rest of my life.

As of this past weekend I have been given every indication that the Type II diabetes that was graduating me into full blown type I diabetes.... is completely and totally GONE!

As confirmation from two psychiatrists that I saw the Bipolar manic disorder that I lived with up until 2005 was gone? Yes I said gone and it went away with no help from any doctors,or any medications at all.

I have lost 250+ pounds of body fat, 12 - 14 inches from my waist, Went from 3XL (50") to a 36" waist. in three years with no diet, or exercise of any kind.... While sitting on my a$$!

It's all gone and it's NOT coming back, This isn't a diet, it's not a cure all, it's a big giant nothing.

What did I do to accomplish this wonderous feat?

    NOTHING!!!

All I did was eat. I didn't diet, I didn't jog, or run my buns off perspiring to death at every turn. I sat here, and ate my meals, sometimes 6 or more per day.

The quantity of what I ate decreased as I ate which was odd but not surprising since my stomach was now shrinking back to it's normal size.

I eat whatever I want whenever I want and as much as I want (okay that's a lie, I can only eat as much as my body allows!) Which isn't so much anymore.

Once upon a time back when I didn't care what I ate, I ate at McDonalds and all the other so called restaurants, I could eat two quarter pounders with cheese, a super sized fry, a super sized milk shake, 2, or 4 apple, or cherry pies and of course... Don't forget the Super Sized Diet Coke!

Today, If I at McDonalds (which I do not) I could not finish a single cheese burger kids meal!

The thing that I figured out and what you doctors do NOT know is that first 100% of every men, woman and child in this WORLD is allergic to all of the toxic chemical based artificial colors, flavors and preservatives widely used as additives in everything from foods and beverages, to your drugs/pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toiletries and even your clothing.

    Absolutely NO ONE IS IMMUNE!

Autism, Alzheimers, Diabetes, obesity are all epidemics caused by the allergy that we all have to everything.

That coloring on your M&Ms... made from PETROLEUM BASED COAL TAR, essentially the same COAL TAR used to PAVE THE ROADS ACROSS AMERICA!

Can we all agree that petroleum based coal tar is very simply NOT something that should be allowed to be consumed by anyone, or anything that has a desire to ummmm .... LIVE!!!

My diabetes is gone because of the changes I made to my diet and my lifestyle.

And there is one small fact involved here....

The fact that if I am able to do this (trust I know what I am talking about) Anybody can do this!

    YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!
