HTTP 400 error
I went to the chat service on two seperate occasions thinking I was doing something wrong and they would just suggest the excess volume was keeping my from getting past the login.
On the last customer service chat session the rep suggested that I try another browser even though IE is approved and I had all current explorer updates applied.
I tried Firefox and BINGO - I'm logged in
After that I suspected a cache proble so fired up explorer angain and cleared my cache.
Success at last - I got logged in.
Unfortunately I made a mistake in entering my income information and was directed to Medicaid.
I can't correct the error and am waiting for customer service to call me back with assistance in fixing my mistake
