I'm a man that will soon be 53 years old (10/17/2013) who wants to continue an active life. As a young-man I was in good shape, raced motocross, played baseball, scuba dove, coached my kids sports teams (basketball and football) cycled and worked-out in an effort to stay in shape. Notwithstanding, at age 47, after bouts with pneumonia I was diagnosed with "Adult Onset Asthma." I continue to workout but want to ramp it up to a competitive level. My goal is to overcome the limitations placed upon me as a result of dealing with this disease and moreover, I want dispel the stigma that accompanies this disease that Asthma is debilitating and severely limiting ones physical ability. I want to show the world there are no limitations in life if you want it bad enough!
