I created an account on healthcare.gov back on October 1st. Then I attempted many times to update my profile and was given many errors about system down, etc. On October 3rd I attempted to verify my identity and had more error messages. On healthcare.gov I was told to call Experian to verify my identity. I called Experian and they verified my identity. Great but the healthcare.gov website never updated that my identity was verified. I was on conference calls several times with both Experian and healthcare.gov and I was told to give it time and wait. The people on healthcare.gov refused until today to do anything else. I tried many times over the last 3 weeks. Today they changed there tune and went over all the questions on the phone. They said I would receive a letter in the mail in a couple of weeks and then I could start selecting the insurance to sign up for.
