This iReport is part of an assignment:
When you heard JFK was killed
The day Ilost my Commanderin Chief.
I was on the flightline, preflighting my plane 60-0052. I thought it was a bad joke, when I first heard of it. But I had lost my President, and all the dreams that he had built. I have never got over it. But he made me understand that I could come up from where I came from. And with my young wife we did do that. We would all do well to remember Camelot and strive for that again in our society.
