Traditional Lagos Breakfast

The combination of "agege"(unsliced) bread with it's most traditional reinforcement: Bean cake, commonly called "Akara".
Street vendors are normally seen frying akara in the mornings as it is one meal that has become a tradition in Lagos, Nigeria.
The street vendor has managed to distinguish herself as she profers a neat atmosphere in contrast to similar street vendors.
It is non-segregating as both the wealthy and under-privileged can be seen enjoying this not-expensive highway to a feeling nutritious day.
