CNN PRODUCER NOTE CK24PA told me that despite the site returning online, Healthcare.gov issues continued: 'I have been periodically attempting to log on with my parents every few days or so to the same results. My parents received a letter from their healthcare provider a few weeks ago stating that their healthcare will expire and that they should be signing up via the affordable care act. Clearly, they have been frustrated and even worried about the ongoing lack of support here. The experience we had today was no different than when I was trying to sign my parents up a few days after the roll out of the website. My wife, who is a physician, has also been hearing complaints from many of her patients.' I was helping my father sign up for healthcare, and upon hearing the White House report that all is up and running, I was excited to finally get my parents signed up. Low-and-behold, we were faced with the exact same, blank enrollment screen that we've been staring at for weeks now.
The entire application process is completed, but we have been given no options to sign up for.
