Puerto Rican candidate for Governor copies Obama's website and slogan

Luis Fortuño, the current resident commisioner for Puerto Rico in Congress and candidate for Governor of Puerto Rico, has made his website, http://luisfortuno.com, almost an exact copy of Barack Obama's website, http://barackobama.com, and Fortuño has even used the same slogan of "Change" on it. Fortuño has publicly endorsed John McCain, and his party, the PNP (Partido Nuevo Progresista - New Progressive Party) is aligned with the Republican party. I find it quite odd that such a blatant copy of the front page/splash page was made, and the layout and colors of the actual website are almost the same. Even many of the image and color techniques are the same. It may not be very relevant, but Fortuño's site also features an "RSS" feed icon, but there's no such feed. Also, the "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" links are really just a static image, not links. I'm not sure how long Fortuño's site has been up with the current design, but I'm surprised nobody had noticed or denounced it previously.
