tubabao island off guiuan eastern samar no info

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     William Talley is looking for his wife, Rose Minguel Talley, and their child, Wilrose, who live on the island of Tubabao in the town of Guiuan, Philippines. He last spoke with them on November 2. He is currently in Gallatin, Tennessee, awaiting knee surgery, but is eager to return to the Philippines. "I want to find my wife and child and am willing to put my boots on ground, and go there to do so," said Talley, a retired U.S. Forestry wildland firefighter. "I want to be there and aid in the relief efforts. Using the skills I possess to help injured, lost, and homeless; as well as establish communications so that many can be informed of the well-being of their families, who are displaced in outlying areas. I need to be there for my family as well and will do all I can to make sure this happens."

His story was featured on CNN here.
