    Thanksgiving Fox Hunt

Although I live just mere blocks away from the start of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city to immerse myself in a Thanksgiving tradition that few get to see.

Originating in 16th century Great Britain, fox hunting brings together enthusiastic equestrians from rural New Jersey and even more excited spotted hounds every Thanksgiving morning to embark on a visually arresting journey through the countryside in search of the elusive fox.

Story and photographs by award-winning seventeen year old travel photographer, Chase Guttman.
